According to a recent study, 55% of adults experience lucid dreaming at least once in their life, while 23% have lucid dreams at least once a month (1).
Only 1% of people experience lucid dreaming several times a week (2).
These numbers are consistent with another study, focused on people from Germany, where 51% of participants said they experienced a lucid dream at least once in their lifetime (3).
Frequency of lucid dreaming has also been associated with some personality traits that make frequent lucid dreamers more intelligent than non- or less-frequent lucid dreamers.
