The average delivery time to the US and Canada is 8-14 days after the order is processed. 

The average delivery time to countries within the EU ranges from 5-23 days after the order is processed, depending on the country. 

We process orders Monday to Friday. We do not ship during the weekend. Take into account a processing time of 1-2 working days.

We have a free 90-day return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the delivery date (as per tracking provided). If 90 days have gone by since you got your product delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. 

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. 

We will also give you a full refund for products that are defective or damaged, lost by the courier or that have not been delivered within 30 days from the date of the order.
